Stephen Coder is the founder and President of Hand to the Plow Ministries. Steve married Linda Crowley in May, 1983, and they have five children: Luke, Joel, Jessa, Josiah and Amy Beth. In 1989, they returned to Linda’s hometown of Sarasota, Florida.
George Bryant has been with the ministry since 1984.
He serves as an officer on the Board of Directors. George
and Debbie were married in June, 1980, and they have 19
children: Juli, Steven, Aaron, Karise, Michael, Jesse,
Maria, Caeli, Donna, David, Noah, Jonathan, Pleasant, Elkan,
Elijah, Merry Laurel, Anna, Faith Journey, and Margaret. They are both originally from Ohio and have lived in
Sarasota, Florida, since 1990.Ed Joyner is also a founder of Hand to the Plow Ministries. He
is
the construction leader for work camps to Haiti and also
serves as an officer on the Board of Directors. Ed and
Marsha have been married since January, 1974. They have two
grown sons: Bernie and Eric. They live in Defuniak Springs,
Florida.
Dave Anderson serves on the Board of Directors. He and his wife, Kathi, pastor a church in Louisville, Kentucky. They have three grown children: Chad, Staci, and Nathan.
Rod Thomson began serving as Administrator of the Clean
Water Project in 2000. Rod and Kim have been married
since 1980 and have eight children: Madeline, Byron, Colin,
Nina, Evan, Benjamin, Ethan and Andrew. Rod and his family
reside in Sarasota, Florida.
